Woodgrain Wins Carter Lumber's Vendor of the Year Award
We are pleased to announce that Woodgrain was selected as Carter Lumber’s 2021 Vendor of the Year! According to Carter Lumber, the success of this partnership has centered around, “Woodgrain believing in the Carter plan and going above and beyond during the difficult times.” As a result, since becoming a vendor for Carter Lumber in 2016, they have doubled their purchases or more every year, resulting in incredible growth.
We are honored to be selected as Vendor of the Year by Carter Lumber’s leadership team. Despite industry-wide supply chain issues, both companies have been able to creatively overcome challenges by working closely together with shared values to provide winning solutions.
During the award ceremony, Woodgrain President & CEO Kelly Dame commented, “It’s an honor to receive this award, and it validates the hard work that our team has done. I want to thank our team and acknowledge them; it’s a team effort.” Kelly pointed to the shared values among Carter and Woodgrain as key to the strong relationship. “My father often said, ‘We need to work hard.
