Woodgrain Completes Trimco Millwork Acquisition
Woodgrain, a leading millwork and building products company, has completed the purchase of Trimco Millwork, which has three total locations in Boise, Idaho; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Denver, Colorado.
Trimco Millwork is a wholesale distributor of mouldings, exterior doors, interior doors, and other specialty building products. With the acquisition, Woodgrain increases its distribution center network to 35 locations. These additions expand Woodgrain’s national footprint into the Rocky Mountain West.
